Do you not have a Macmillan nurse?
If not ask for one!
They will help you understanding all medical things and be a primary guide through all your treatment.
My uncle a month or so back has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, after months backwards and forwards to the Drs... I wrote a list for my Aunty to ask for as they were getting no help at all. Within a week of her asking it all started to fall into shape, aids at home, financial guidance and pain management etc

Op: went well. Tumour on kidney removed by RFA. (Radiofrequency Ablation).
awaiting CT scan for results now. Hope to get to the Wolves game....KRO.
