I have looked as well and cannot find Jimmy.
Isabella Dixon( Dickson) father is names as James Dixon ( Dickson) Needle Maker
The relationships on 1861 Census are not clear and you have read as Step son and Step Dau and I have read as grd.son and grd.dau
since Ann is 62 I think more likely grandchildren as is Edward Hickman

Yes I would have thought grand children, I suppose Ann Radford could be Isabella's mother.
