Hi,
According to my Parsons Records and my 1st Cousins wife who is a descendant of Daniel Parsons who married Maria Shilvock the Byngs and Parsons intermarried all over and Edith Parsons their daughter did marry Edward Byng in 1917 but she gave up trying to fit all Byngs in right place as they were everywhere and had a reputation for being playboys with illegitimate children to boot.
I will look again at my records and see if it fits anywhere.

Just checked tree and my cousins wife has sent me a lot of detail about family.
Daniel Parsons married Maria Hickton ( born Maria Shilvock)
They had three Daughters Lilian Parsons b.1891 who married Thomas Williams
Edith Parsons b.1893 who married Edward Byng
May Parsons b.1898 who married William Preece

Lilian was her Great Grandmother.

I have a lot more detail which I will fill in later but no parents for Edward Byng

Just noticed that Edward Byng born 1889 and son of William Byng and Emma Warman lived next door to Edith Parsons and her parents Daniel Parsons and Maria Shilvock so it is most likely that this is correct Edward Byng

This is Willam Byng who married Emma Warman

Edith Parsons who married an Edward Byng in 1917 was not born until 21/9/1893 Blackberry Lane

So did Edith marry the Edward whose parents were next door neighbours in 1891 or the Edward whose parents lived just up the street ?
