On tribal page:- I believe the Benjamin Skidmore 1717 with an unknown Mary is Mary Hatton. Her mother Mercy Corbett and father Obadiah Hatton 1700. I believe this is where the name Obadiah which was used down the line originated from. If this is of any use to you. By the way, we live at opposite ends of the country now. You live as much far north as you can get and I live 8 miles from South coast. Only moved here 3 years ago. Love it
we do have that mary hatton as a poss marriage do you have any more info on it ?

Finding this site difficult to reply to. Generally don't know where to go to answer questions. John Jeavons name was Joseph in answer to petard and John Barnbrook's father was James.
