From the will of Benjamin Homer Broad Street Pensnett (blacksmith) published 9th may 1889, I also give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Martha the wife of Edwin Carless the two freehold houses and premises situate in New Street aforementioned to have and to hold during her lifetime and afterwards to be sold and the money equally divided between her children their heirs executors and assigns. I also further desire that after the decease of my present wife the house in which I now reside and a plot of land at the corner of Victoria street may be sold and the residue be equally divided between each of my grandchildren belonging to my son William and my great grandchildren belonging to my granddaughter Martha Carless.
