Nl, Just went on to insert Weston Children and noted Manc dates of birth were not correct as against Census.
It looks as if Baptism dates of birth are entered as some children baptised on same day . I will check each against Census.

Thanks for all input....I have a copy of Samuels and Myra Homer's Marriage Cert. Both fathers down as Chainmakers...Have also located a Samuel Weston b.abt. 1826, working on a farm in Tatenhill, No parents recorded, perhaps he had been sent away to work before 1841 Census.

Bringing this back to keep the threads separate
can you post that 1841 census Sparks with that Joseph and Ann and Askin/Heskin dau on
cos I think that is the one for Samuel b 1825 but maybe his mother is a mary Ann and swaps usage?
and other kids bapt Cradley too
anyone have registers handy on park lane
dont think mine go up to that...
cos the occupation for Heskin s parents would be useful and abode
if on the 1841 this is the same one it stands a good chance that Samuel....bapt Cradley 1825 is theirs too plus others...
HESKIN WESTON
Christening: 16 JAN 1817 Park Lane Presbyterian, Cradley, Worcester,
Parents:
Father: JOSEPH WESTON
Mother: MARY
Extracted
and
baptism at Cradley
30.10.1825 Samuel son of Joseph and Mary Weston Rowley Regis Trace Maker,

I can't see anything census marriage etc, anywhere about Askin/Heskin or any spelling that could be her except her christening.

Also re 'jimmy'..
ASKIN seems to be a family name as it appears in the 1841 Census as a daughter of Joseph & Ann Weston also, this it what also leads me to believe that that is the family Samuel (1824) was born into...see my original inquiry! Sparks.
So if we could see this 1841....
rite roast dinner...mouths to poison
