Hi Jan, think we need to look at the different spellings on BCC. We have Sharratt/Sherratt/Sheriff :?:

Hi Jo (hope you are feeling better.) My neighbours in Halesowen were Sherratt, that is the way I spell it.

I think link those we can that have that spelling but keep surnames as stand alone ones
as they are names in their own right.

But yes connect any you think need connecting
and add a note or change name if that is how they sign or are registered etc etc.

I think it is interesting how the name changes down the years.
