Am sure it is the correct Joseph, the only one who lived in that area of the right age, Blackheath, half of Blackheath was in Rowley Regis Staffs, the other half was The Hill Halesowen Worcs. Also the Marriage Witnesses fit, Wm Harris brother of Joseph and Myra Carpenter was Amelia's sister. The 1871 will confirm it.

Yes Jimmy it says in the book he was sent to Broadmoor- He had been in the General hospital Birmingham October 1877 for a month then Winson Green assylum then Mar 1877 Powick Assylum then discharged Oct 1877 :cry:
