The father on everyone checks out as Edward Williamson miner.
To me with the fact that you can tie in Edward snr in 1871 living Normanton with Edward jnr (death in Normanton Ed snr)
and then your line George Henry living with bro in 1871 John
it all connects.
Plus that location of Normanton and in 1881 Edward/Samuel and John are in that area
The bapts for the children could be checked
-Samuel 28 Sept 1845 St Martins Tipton
-Eliza 6 Jun 1839 St Martins Tipton
-Betsy 31 Jan 1841 St Martins Tipton
-John 20 Nov 1836 St Martins Tipton
That 1841 looks Good for this lot too
If John is the bro of others then that census is Edward snr and wife Jane
that marriage for Joseph Williamson and Rebecca Tilly 1871 Tipton could be checked too for father being an Edward
then the bapt for Joseph 1o mar 1850
but it is going to be added to connections

What we really need is this lot on the 1851 census
and as you say a birth for George
now on his marriage cert he is age 22
in 1877
so I think you have been looking in the wrong year!
and this could well be his birth registration with the middle name mistranscribed
I think it is the Tipton one
