I think William 35 is the William who married Mary Burton (Holly's one). But I can't see what the relationship is between he and William 80.

There is a tree on Ancestry (Chris's Clan) which has the children of William Willetts (1803 - 1882) and Mary (1798 - 1864) as:

Obvious two lots of joseph and mary only thing agianst this being holly joseph and mary is they were married c1824 they have a 20 year old in 1841 unless out of wedlock or hers for a previous relationship ?

Elias 1840 is the son of my Gt Gt Gt Grandparents William Willetts and Maria Rudge, his second wife, and they have Samuel bap 1833 son of William and Mary in Old HIll.? Will have another read of all the info and get back to you from Linell.

I am pretty sure this is the family you are looking for. Samuel who Married Fanny Jackson was Baptised 1833 Halesowen. But lived In Rowley I would think. The above family are nothing to do with mine, just co-incidences of names dates etc. I will look up Samuel Willetts Bap in 1833 and see what it says. Best Wishes Linell.

Hurrah Samuel's Baptism says son of William and Mary Old Hill Nailer. Pear Tree Stret is Old Hill rather than Rowley, near Old Hill Cross. Best Wishes Linell.

Can they be added to tribal. The willetts have always been a nightmare to sort out.

I haven't been following this thread so will leave those that have to discuss and liaise with what should and shouldn't go on
all I will say is let's ensure what ever goes on has been checked as well as we possibly can.

Hi all, all I can say is there were two Wm and Mary Willetts in this scenario, one lot in Hayley Green and the other in Pear Tree Street Old Hill, more or less the same age. Samuel baptised Halesowen 1833 is the son of Wm and Mary in Pear Tree Street. So Suki that is the connection you need. Best Wishes Linell.
