Just looked on connections and see you've updated the family NL... all is correct..

Further to that I know that Ellen GRIFFITHS married Thomas MORRIS on 17th February 1868 in Halesowen


and Benjamin GRIFFITHS married Roseanna SMITH on 13th December 1869 at St Thomas Dudley and sometime after their marriage they made the move to Wales.

YES! TO BOTH OF THOSE :grin: :wink: - I have done the look ups and will post soon on another thread

as regards Your Griffiths and the Willetts who knows if they connect they may well do...but not via Eliz marrying Edward willetts as it is a different Eliz ...

I will post that info on another thread....need to keep this one to Edward....so can anyone find him on the 1841 census
hopefully with his parents
he doesnt marry until 1847
he is born shrops

I searched too NL, there are quite a few Edward Griffiths, living as Lodgers, with other families? He could well be one of those :!: Think we will have to leave him on his own for now, unless anything else turns up. Best Wishes Linell.

Sorry NL, found one John Baker wife Mary in 1841 Wolverhampton and one in Brierely Hill in 1851? Neither seem to have any RR connections? Linell.

the only marriage that stands out is that Tromans one cos of where the Tromans were in 1841 RR area
