Wm could have just said, that Jesse was a Grandson, don't suppose he could be bothered to add anymore information.

Just checked the 1851 Census and Jesse is not with Parents in 1851:-

Hagley Road Hasbury
Wm Price HD M 28 Stone Mason Hasbury
Elizabeth Wife 28 B'ham
Henry Son 13 days Hasbury

So Jesse who is in Wall Well with Wm aged 66 must be son of Wm aged 28 in Hagley Road, hope this makes sense.
