At the moment I can't make any connection between the three Black Country Plant lines I have on file, NL, and the Joseph Plant line back to William Plant b. Great Bridge on BCC. It may turn out to be a similar case to the rock singer Robert Plant b. 1948 of Led Zeppelin who, I believe, is originally from further north in Staffordshire rather than from those Black Country Plant lines:
