Hi Gracie Mae,

I've searched and searched for any information on Joseph's military records and I just can't find anything.

It could be possible he served in the First World War but given his age I doubt it would have been front line.

I think Cid makes a very good suggestion but of course these certificates cost money and may not help.

I'm not that good with the military stuff. Have you tried sending for a birth certificate for Rose, this should give her fathers occupation and if he's still in the army it should say so. You might get lucky with the birth cert and it may tell you what Regiment he's with.
