Lovely to speak to you at last. I didn't realise you sounded so foreign!! Not sure who the elderly women were you were dreaming about, we are all sooooooo much younger than you.

I think we all woke up in a cold sweat this morning.

Although we couldn't find those elderly women anywhere Robbie.

I hear that the snow is making an unwelcome return at the weekend, apparently, not to be a messenger of doom, it will be colder than last week and last until March.

Just put my big thick coat and boots away, should have known better

Please tell me you are joking Linell, it's been a brilliant day here for weather lovely warm sun and a fresh breeze, good news is not put my winter coat or boats away yet.

Auntie Em I'm having a few senior moments(boots) , but I would be better with a sledge get me about better than a boat .

Think the weathermen are winding us up, the latest forecast is for temperatures of 18C by the end of the week, hurrah. Here's the long range forecast for you Annie, bit of a mixed bag.
MARCH:Nordic Region - Warmer than normal
UK - Warmer than normalNorthern Mainland - Warmer than normal
Southern Mainland - Colder than normal

Yes March sounds great, I remember it was very warm last year from about the 16th onwards, let's hope that the 'Cool April and May' will turn out to be incorrect.

Have my spring clothes all at the ready Aunty Em, I seem to have lived in the same thick jumpers and coats since Xmas, am bored with them now, need to wear something else! Enjoy both of you xx.

My mum said they'd forecast 15 degrees fot the UK, not jealous at all (at least we're talking plus figures here now!!)
At least my aquilegas are still green, amazing that a layer of snow can insulate against -17 celcius!!
