Just found out (from the kids) - they're just no good at telling fibs - that we're having a BIG family bonfire with food and wine to celebrate my birthday. Should be a good'n.

Sorry NL , only just seen this. You would have been most welcome. Had a garden full of people, kitchen full of booze, even had cauldrons over a fire pit to keep the groaty pud, chilli and grey pays 'n' bacon hot. Sparklers went down a storm..............
