The gedcom uploaded to Ancestry and My Heritage, Find my Past are having problems with the gedcom.
None of the info is saved on the gedcom other than names, no census, no photos or stories or links to graves!
We need to be able to get on TP and at least save the photos, if that is all we can do.
I have been busy trying to get our place back to some sort of arrangement after family over.
I will try and email TP again, ask to at least get back on to save the photos and also to say I will gladly pay more to have the site there.

No answer from scam reporting agencies in California or Florida. I think option left now is to write to local media on basis of detailing who we are and problem with Tribal Pages Inc. and seeking help from anyone who can help either with recovery or hosting what we have left. I can put together a possible letter or article .
No one could say you haven't tried Mumbles!

I have replied to you mumbles.
I log in each day at least once, many more to be honest, but today it looked different again.
I wonder if they are doing something?
Has anyone else tried to log in to BCC?
It comes up, can't find your tree but you can click on visit this tree and an option to log in.
For me, it just says,
Click I am not a robot.
Then if I click edit it says the email address is not for the tree.
If I log out, go back in and put
change my email or password, I get this
Black Country Connections
Please enter your name as it appear in this family tree.
Firstname
Lastname
Birth Year
Select ..
I am lost!

I can access all the names too but if I click on 'Edit' it then says 'Admin log in' and shows the Website : https//rowleyregis.tribalpages.com.
Underneath that it has my e mail address
Underneath that it asks for a password.
If I put in my password for Tribal Pages it comes up with my Family Tree Website and further down it shows I have been invited as a guest and not an Administrator on Black Country Connections 2
and this in red......
(my e mail address) is a Member of this site not an Administrator.
This login is only the Owner or Site Administrators. If you are the Owner or an Administrator please enter your owner/admin email and password to sign in.
