This Elizabeth Westwood (Grand daughter to John & Ann) seems to be the daughter of John b. abt 1840:

So possibly Thomas, son of John & Ann Westwood/nee Wheelwright is not the right one, but yet a 3rd Thomas-son-of-John born about same time.

Finding some fascinating stuff on Sophia Lester's dad, but this topic can be archived as far as I'm concerned, but you didn't ever answer the question of who was the Thomas Westwood, with father John, who married Elizabeth Carter.

The bible page is published with a family tree on Ancestry. Don't know if we should quote a tree-owner on here.
I've put in a note attributing it to "a tree on Ancestry".
