That has been for many years an item of discussion amongst the intelligentsia!! The Steam Iron or Steamer?
Some people, myself included, prefer to use a steam iron which differs slightly from a steamer.
A steamer is also acceptable for crinoline dresses but the the conouseur knows and feels the difference.

You'll never get a crinoline on an ironing board .... believe me - I am a connoisseur ....... It can only be steamed

Re: hobbies
My habit has taken over!
I dont have time to do anything else!
I used to like cross stitch.
Making things from stuff you would throw away
Anything "crafty"
I do love to be in the garden, but only when its warm mind.
May be you can give gardener some tips on, oh cant think! Is it square foot thingy? I think it went quite well especially being in Iceland and all the ash.
There was a thread on gardening a little while ago.
