Hi,
I was googling Lomey Town today and this forum came up with some of my family names along with Lomey Town so I thought I would join.
My family names are BACHE and BILLINGHAM. My Grandmothers maiden name was Edith BACHE, named after her fathers sister, Edith Selina. My Gt Grandfather was Thomas BACHE b1865 Rowley Regis (engine driver on marriage cert, engineer on death cert), his father was Thomas BACHE b1831 Stroubridge (spade and shovel plater) and his mother was Sarah BILLINGHAM b 1832 in Tipton. I think Thomas 1831's father was Benjamin and his mother Charlotte but it is difficult to confirm from the online info and pretty frustrating.

Hi Leigh, and welcome. Bache and Billingham ... I've seen those names a lot while I've been chasing up other stuff. I hope we can help with any research you have on the go.

The Sunshine Coast, eh? Lucky you! A beautiful area!
