I can get on my own personal tree and also ones I made for friends.
BCC2 I can get on but I can't upload the gedcom because I feel it is too big unless I pay.
I feel uneasy doing that, I already pay deluxe for our tree.
I could try and upload to my personal tree but it could overwrite what is there. I don't want to risk my own personal research.

Just been looking at the following.....

Data Protection - WebSite Backup:
Backup & Download

Don't lose your data. Make a backup of your site and download it to your computer. You can then restore your site from your backup at any time.

Easier said than done!

You have nothing to be sorry for you have done some amazing work and
put in a huge amount of time and effort for everyone.
Tribal pages should have replied by now.
At least you have backed up info and have that safe.
So don't you get upset.
Everyone understands

Just an idea but Florida and in particular Florida Tampa have very large and active genealogical societies. It could be worth contacting and asking whether aware of problems with Tribalpages and could they help. They appear to have international connections and might be interested in forum work and bcc . I could help draft an email if you think worth it or is it too early yet

Googled tribal pages terms and conditions and found 2010 edition. They are so one-sided and hold harmless they are unbelievable and would be illegal in uk . E.g. one clause in particular states they can withdraw or cancel service for any of a comprehensive list of reasons or for no reason and recompense will be current or projected payment

Ancestry uk and Find my past terms and conditions are total opposite and fair to both sides but are under UK law whilst Tribalpages are under state law of florida and any dispute can only first be resolved under American Arbitration procedures first before going to court .

can you not start another tree with a different name and upload the gedcom file
A person should have an opinion on everything, It becomes tact whether you reveal that opinion or not.
