Henry Mills, Seaman Royal Navy ~ 1886

I'm looking for some guidance research an individual, Henry Mills [1].

The only information I have on him is:

• 11 March 1886, named on Birth Certificate of Clara Ann Mills [2] with profession "Seaman, Royal Navy". Location Emsworth, Westbourne. His partner was Louisa Kemp (approx 16 y/o).

• 9 May 1886, named on Christening of Clara Ann Mills, Compton, Sussex, England, United Kingdom

On 9 August 1888, Clara's mother, Louise Kemp [3], had a child with Thomas Smith, Lilian Alice Smith in Tonbridge, Kent, England, United Kingdom

I have spent quite a lot of time looking for other records such as marriage certificates, census, etc, but nothing is coming up on Henry.

Does anyone have any suggestions for Navy records?
