Thanks Grangers14 and KDW for helping sort out Jeston, Nancy and their children.

Linking to Jesse Homer and Hannah Homer on

I have come across a stained glass window in a church.

"Sacred. In Affectionate memory of Jesse Homer, of Birfield, Worcs. Who died A.D. 1886, And Hannah his wife, who died A.D. 1878, And of their children. This window is placed by their daughter Mahlah Addyes Scott. Oct: A.D. 1905.

Could this be Hannah's burial:-

Looking up as I've not done Hannah Homer's line or whether her Homers are part of ours or only by marriage.

Marriage: -
Barnabas X Homer otp, bach. Hannah X Cox oto, Spin. Married on 6 Feb 1790 at St John the Baptist, Halesowen.
Witness 1: Nehemiah X Harper. Witness 2: Benjamin Fiddian.
Source: Page 167 of Halesowen Parish Registers.

As far as I can see, only one Hannah Homer was born to parents: Barnabas and Hannah Homer (All below bpts from FreeReg):-

Mary Born: 10 May 1791. Baptisted: 16 June 1793. Abode: Lyde Green, Cradley
Mark Bpt: 16 June 1793. Abode: Lyde Green, Cradley
Barnabas born: 9 Jan 1795 and baptised on 2 April 1800 at Park Lane Chapel, Cradley. Abode: Near Netherend, Cradley
Phoebe born: 10 Aug 1797 and baptised on 2 April 1800. Abode as above
Hannah baptised: 2 April 1800. Abode as above
Nanny baptised: 8 April 1804. Abode: Cradley

I will double check if there are anymore bpts on Halesowen Parish Registers but no time to do it now.

Yes, found Jesse, Hannah, William and Eli on pages 19-20 of Registers of Cradley Chapel, Worcestershire book, which also include their mother: -

23 May 1810: Hannah, wife of Barnabas Homer, being 40 years of age - in presence of John Buffrey and Richard Burleigh.

I don't know what to make of Hannah 1800 and Hannah 1810 as that's a 10 year gap between those two baptisms unless she was baptised again?

The thought boggles at the idea of Hannah baptised in 1810 married to Jesse Homer (born:17 Dec 1797) on 30 Jan 1820 at St John the Baptist, Halesowen, Worcestershire, England. A 10 year old Hannah getting married on 30 Jan 1820?

On page 89 of Registers of Cradley Chapel, Worcestershire (Now St. Peter's Parish Church, Cradley) under "Burials", it says, "March 25 1815 Hannah Homer 4."

On FreeReg it says, " Burial Date: 25 March 1815. Hannah Homer. Age: 4. Abode: Cradley.
