Do you have Sarah Jane's birth certificate?
There is a Sarah Jane Evans, born 18th December 1857 Retired domestic duties on the 1939 register living 85 Aldersley Road, Seisdon

No I don`t that looks useful I was going to look up preview as I don`t subscribe
