"Complete"Henry Bale 2nd marriage

Post by mumbles »

This Henry Bale
https://www.tribalpages.com/tribe/brows ... =518425581

Married a second time to a Mary Unknown
on Selected Ancestry marriages it shows
21/1/1867 St. Peter West Bromwich
Henry Bale 38 father John Bale
Mary Ann ----- 30 father Edward Williams

Children were variously registered as
mother
Winnington
Swillington
Swimington
Swinington
Which is strange as should possibly be Williams
Mary Ann was recorded as variously born West Bromwich, Welshpool and Birmingham Warks.
on 1871 Census a dau. in law Elizabeth Swinnerton is recorded unmarried living with Henry and Mary Ann
and an ancestry tree has Mary Ann as Sumington

Found lots of Swinerton surnamed people in Black Country so will try to follow and make connection as it looks like Swinnerton is correct spelling
