1939 Register - Nelly Frances Powell - COMPLETED

Please would someone be kind enough to look up in the 1939 Register the household of Nelly (Nellie) Frances Powell (née Buckwell) b. 1876 and her husband Joseph Isaac Powell b. about 1883.
They may be in Paddington or Kensington.
