Martha, daughter of Foley, married John Day at Christ Church, Birmingham on 22nd July 1872:

22-07-1872
John Day, 26, Br., Farmer of Deritend, son of Henry Day, Farmer, m. Martha Dunn, 23, Sp., of 29, Sherlock St., daughter of Foley Dunn, Gardener. By Banns. Both signed their names. Wits: David Milward, Pemila Dunn & Mary Elizabeth Day.

Martha's sister, Pamela, was one of the witnesses as was her future husband, David Milward. Pamela and David were married the following year at St. Mary's Church, Oldswinford:

07-04-1873
David Millward, 22, bachelor, Labourer of Lye, son of Reuben Millward, Spade Maker, m. Pemela Dunn, 21, spinster of Lye, daughter of Foley Dunn, Gardener. By Banns. Both made mark. Wits: John Dunn & Martha Dunn.
