William Shakespeare born about 1838, Brettell Lane, was a Solicitor.
He married Anna Maria Hartill 1860, Christ Church, Oldbury (WestMidsBMD).
She was born about 1840, Oldbury, and bapt there 21 June 1840, dau of Joseph & Sarah Hartill
William Shakespeare raised his family firstly in Oldbury, then in Smethwick. I strongly suspect he is this one on BCC ( he gives his birthplace as Brettell Lane in one census), but marriage details needed to be sure:
