COMPLETED..Noah Bills

Post by nessa »

In 1911 Noah was a sergeant Durham Light Infantry visiting his brother Thomas Bills, looking in the BNA I have found he was awarded the Medaille Militaire in 1917 he was now a company sergeant major in the Norfolk regiment.
He was born about 1886 Gateshead to Isaac Bills and Alfreida taylor . Ancestry and FMP have no records for him where else could I look to find out any information especially why he was awarded that medal.
