I've "lost" a cousin in the latter part of my tree and I think it's because her parents divorced and possibly her father was awarded custody. Or she was maybe taken into care?
Is there anywhere I can apply for details of custody agreement of a child after a divorce? I've already applied for a copy of the decree

I presume this happened recently in the 20th Century not before? Wouild have been a Court hearing, I would try contacting Citizens Advice on line. HTH Linell.
