Private messages slot found - and lost!

Post by Kleftiwallah »

I've just discovered the private messages page and I had three. One about William Oakes's marriage certificate, one about Granny Oakes's death certificate and a.n. other. I spotted them and moved them to my 'favourites' list under genealogy, but when I came to view them a message said they couln't be found! Call it ignorance or finger trouble, anyway I shan't be shifting p.m. s to there again.

If you recognise the subjects mentioned above, could you please re- send your p.m.s to me and I promise I'll respond, now I (think) I know what I'm doing! ! !

Where ignorace is bliss. . . .Cheers, Tony.

Are they still in your messages?
To see if they are look on the page you are on here, and above a pale blue colour you will see user control panel (? new message)
If you click that it will open your inbox for pms (private meassage).

I selected 'favourites from the menu on the 'general' page and moved them to my genealogy section and deleted them from here! But, when I tried to read them from there, I got a message saying 'they could not be found'. Jimmy has already heard my plea and responded. The things you do when you think you know what you're doing !

Cheers, Tony.
