I have just been given a brand new Halogen Oven, are they any good.

I watched the tv ad and fell for it looked so fast and quick-and cleans its self :roll: - Got one used it a couple of times then stored it away -too much effort -easy just to use normal oven -these are ideal when used in supermarkets to give away samples of cooked things :thumbdown: best RF

I don't know about the ovens but I hate the Halogen hobs.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.

My brother who lives on his own, swears by them Jimmy! He hasn't used his normal oven since he bought his (over 18 mths ago)
He keeps havin' a go at me cos, I'm like Rockyfowler, I also got one used it a couple of times then stored it away :?

Induction's way better, wouldn't have any other type of electric hob! As quick to adjust the heat as gas, and you only use the bil of the hob covered by the pan.

Just been and bought a mini oven with hobs from charity shop, allready got a combination microwave with grill, all I need now is someone who knows how to use them and to do the cooking for me. :lol:
