FreeBMD lists a marriage between ....
Jules Cesar Vignole and Mary Ann West in .....
First Quarter of 1863 - church unknown.

Does any kind soul have access to further information on this interesting Frenchman's marriage details please?

Welcome to the forum.
Have you tried finding them in the census before and after the wedding. Their places of abode might give some clues as to where they were married. Also the bride's parents home church might be relevant.
Currently investigating the Hillmans of Sussex.
