My Name is Roy and I live in the Black Country, names I'm currently researching the names Hadley, Hamblett, Powell, Webb, I have had a life long ambition to research my family tree, could only start when I retired last February, its been virtually my full time occupation since then, I'm a regular visitor to archives offices from Derbyshire down to Bristol, my research has become addictive, frustrating and fullfilling I wish I had discovered web sites such as this a lot earlier, looking round the site I'm amazed at the amount of assistance being offered, I'm pleased to become a member.
