ARC TBC.............William HEWITT (B.1826) on BCC tree

Post by expat66 »

Just had another look at the marriage of William HEWITT on BCC tree

http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/fa ... itt-Family

I think one of the witness signatures is COOPER

I also found a William HEWITT on 1841 which could be father of William HEWITT (B.1826)... as William's father was listed as deceased farmer on the marriage certificate
there are also COOPERS living at this address ( could they be grandchildren? or nieces/ nephews?)

Lea, Yardley, Worcestershire, England
William HEWITT (40) farmer,
Sarah HEWITT(40),
Mary HEWITT(15),
Ann HEWITT(10).
George HEWITT(17),
Richard COOPER(5),
Mary COOPER(2),
Mary BEALE(4),
Elizabeth COLITT(25),
NW COLITT( 1 month)

Just thought it was interesting that the name COOPER was there.

What do you guys think?
