Looking at the bapts for this family
it is odd

From Elizabeth 1800 the following are Jas and Hannah
note James and Hannah

which makes me wonder if 2 James and Hannahs

This is really a helpful suggestion from peterd, by trying to find an elizabeth hackett from a related family might sort wether the 1st josiah family is linked to the james hackett 1768 or not
There is an Elizabeth Hackett (1846) on BCC with one parent dying and the other remarrying before the 1851 census

It is looking like that Josiah born in 1790 is part of a different family

How would it prove that the Josiah that marries Sarah is not son of James Hackett and Hannah?

It would prove if marriage checks out that mary ann has father Josiah and that Josiah is with a Sarah as wife on 1841
and 1851.

The Josiah who marries Ann
may well have a dau Mary ann along with kids William David and benjamin

it doesnt mean that we know who father of Josiah is
