This is the house in East St Helens Street in 1911, not a real clue here this is 57, althoughn incorrectly indexed as 59.
MARSHALL, Elizabeth Head Widow F 67 1844 Boarding House Keeper Berkshire Longworth
MARSHALL, Alexander Leonard Son Single M 23 1888 Post Office Porting Clerk And Telegrst Berkshire Abingdon

Here is my take on the message,
Dear A
We are having a very good time at Mr ?ings The district is also very interesting. We saw John Newcastle & his wife this morning, ? close enough to years (?) with love from various initials.
From old family postcard, I have seen they often used just initials at this time and would often use a shortened form of speech, almost like today’s text speech.
