Boughton Lees is near Ashford in Kent so was CLa ... Mill a local beauty spot?

Although why someone in Kent sent someone else in Kent a picture of Dudley is an interesting point

My husband is always buying postcards and failing to send them while on holiday. Perhaps this one was left over, and used later?
