Posting a look up - PLEASE CHECK REF!

Can anyone posting a look up please check the reference is exactly correct
as it wastes time looking for a ref entry number that is then found to be incorrect.

I know we appreciate the look ups that people do so if we can all just have a recheck before we post
it would be appreciated by those who actually take the time to do the look ups.
