has anyone tried viewing on ancestry yet?

I have looked. One person I wanted to find about seems to be there, dont understand it yet though :? Such a long time after.
My Nan told me when her Grandfather died the eldest son took all inheritence. I have always wanted to look for his will just to see if there were a few fibs/family lore in it all.
A quick peek on ancestry shows this,
Name: Alfred Blackburn
Probate Date: 21 Feb 1922
Death Date: 15 Mar 1903
Death Place: Stockton-On-Tees, England
Registry: London

Blackburn Alfred of Stockton on tees, died 15th March 1903. Administration (with will) London 21 February to Robert Henry Blackburn labourer. Effects £25. Former Grant PR September 1903.

I think this is correct as he was buried 19th March 1903.
Needs some more digging?
Seems odd such a long time after and London?

The people named are the executors approved at probate, and London is where it was proved, it sounds as though it went to probate twice as there is a reference to September 1903 - have you tried looking for another entry?
