What makes you think that he attended Florence's wedding?
I've found this census in 1901:
18a, Newling Street, Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Mary Ann Head Widow F 48 1853 Dressmaker Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Rose Daughter Single F 22 1879 Solderer Of Potted Meat Tins Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Florence Daughter Single F 19 1882 Tin Cutter Meat Tins Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Eleanor Daughter Single F 18 1883 French Polisher Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Sarah Daughter Single F 17 1884 Cardboard Box Maker Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Jane Daughter Single F 16 1885 Picture Frame Gold Mounter Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Charles Son M 14 1887 Errand Boy Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Annie Daughter F 11 1890 Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Alfred Son M 10 1891 Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, Lizzie Daughter F 8 1893 Bethnal Green
DUFOSSE, George Son M 6 1895 Bethnal Green
If there's a Charles as witness it could be the brother!
