I'm not sure how familiar you are with UK marriage records... Most of them have been transcribed and are on
http://www.freebmd.org.ukMarriages were usually recorded two to a page, so two brides and two grooms would have the same page number. An alphabetical index for each quarter of a year was compiled and this has then been transcribed by volunteers at FreeBMD. In theory therefore there should be 4 names with the page number 6c 648 at Bromsgrove.

Mary Ann Surman
Edward Jones
all have that page number, which means that a female is missing.
It is possible to see scanned images of the marriage index on Ancestry - I had a quick look at some surnames but did not see anything which could be Dinah/Jane. It would be possible to order the marriage certificate for Edward Jones, and see who he married, but that seems a long shot since there is no guarantee that he is the right person.
