Do you have access to online newspaper collections on either Find My Past or the BNA (British Newspaper Archive)?
There is a June 1917 newspaper report which mentions an Ethel Hambrook (age 12) of 1 Invicta Road, daughter of Mrs Hambrook.
It looks to be related to a Coroner's Report, possibly regarding casualties of a WW1 bombing.
Newspaper: Folkestone, Hythe, Sandgate & Cheriton Herald (page 2)
Date: Saturday 02 June 1917
Unfortunately I don't have full newspaper access at the moment. If you don't have an FMP paid subscription, the BNA offers this to new users when they register: view 3 pages FREE! This offer should be in the "Register for Free" section.
