I am lost as to where I can find a
Jane Rose b 1857 death

I keep coming up against a brickwall on this one.
She is on 1891 in Dudley...although I am not sure if she has just been slotted in there
not on 1901 with husband wm rose

has a child in 1887

and anyone any ideas where I should look for her

I think she leaves Wm Rose maybe after last child 1887
But what is odd is that on 1891 Jane is down as born soho warks on census
had she gone there to live and husband just gave that info cos Jane had gone to live with a rellie in soho warks

I think Soho was an area of Handsworth.

Soho is just past Smethwick by Winson Green Birmingham Warwickshire. Maybe William Rose who was a violent character had mistreated Jane Severns to such an extent that she went into hiding from him and he,William Rose , had entered her name on the Census 1891 for monetary reasons or even worse.

I think she left him but can't find where she went or if she died.

Did we ever get a look-up for Lily Rose's school records on FMP?
