I have been researching my family tree again. I have confirmed the following facts from

Job Son of William and Jane Coley born Feb 6 1804 by register Jun 9 1813 by me Mm Lowe Deacon.
William Son of William and Jane Coley born June 2 1806 by register Jun 9 1813 by me Mm Lowe Deacon.
George Son of William and Jane Coley born Oct 21 1808 by register Jun 9 1813 by me Mm Lowe Deacon.
John Son of William and Jane Coley born March 6 1811 by register June 9 1813 by me Mm Lowe Deacon.

Source - England & Wales, Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Registers, 1567-1970 - RG4/3113

William Coley (Snr) was born 21 Dec 1783, Married Jane Richmond (birth unknown) 12 Feb 1802. I have the wedding listing but cannot tell what church it is, it states just "church".
Father _may_ have been Humphry, and mother Phebe.

Job Coley - Died 1877, married Catherine Watson (abt 1807) - Marriage 11 Apr 1830 • Islington St Mary, England.
Children: Margaret Coley 1831– , Catherine Coley 1840– , Jemmima Coley 1844– , Jane Coley 1846– , Martha Coley 1849–


John Coley - Died 1874 - married Elizabeth Davies ( Tipton, Staffordshire 1810–1877) - Marriage 15 May 1837 • St Martins Tipton Staffordshire.
Children: John Coley 1844– , Benjamin Coley 1844–1884 , William Coley 1847– , Elizabeth Coley 1848–1911 , Mary Coley 1849–1849 , Joseph Coley 1850– , Samuel Coley 1852–1854 , Josiah Coley 1854– , Mary Ann Coley 1855– , George Coley 1858–1909

That could very well be it, there are other events at St Mary before it appears they moved to Cradley for the Iron Works. Trying to find when those opened up to confirm the move reason.

its the England, Select Births and Christenings, 1538-1975, non-denominational.
RG4/3113

Christenings were done at Bond Street Baptist,Birmingham.

I'm pretty sure I'm not going to ever get deeper than this for the William Coley's in the family with out being local and having some real luck with paper records.
