I've checked through and think you are right that Ann/Nancy Rose married Daniel Tromans.

1841 Census: Village, Rowley Regis
Ann Rose, 45, Nailer B: c1793
Joseph Rose, 22, B: c1819
Rebecca Rose, 19 B: c1822
Sarah Rose, 75 (Mother of Ann?) 1766
Daniel Trueman, 35, Nailer
(All born in County)

(?son of Joseph Rose marries (1) (?) and (2) Mary Parkes 1847 dau of Abraham he dies 1850 aged 32)

I don't think that Ann/Nancy and Joseph are brother and sister because there's about 26yrs between the 2 approx births. Ann/Nancy was illegitimate, but I suppose Joseph could have been as well even though on his marriage he gives his father as Joseph.

Joseph Rose that marries Mary Parkes is born I think about 1818
if that is his death in 1850 aged 32 which I think it is
http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... =842360318

so he could be son of that Ann/Nancy Rose...makes sense
so his mother is witness to his death in 1850 ....I am going to link on bcc with a note.

I know he puts father Joseph rose...maybe father was a Joseph ...or made up name

this looks like joseph in 1841
1841. Village, Rowley Regis.
Ann Rose, 45, Nailor,
Joseph, 22,
Rebecca, 19,

and her mother is Sarah Rose.

I got back into this because I wanted to add some more of my Willetts to BCC. but could not get back into the site you probably remember me Suki. I like to peep in at the site from time to time I couldn't get back into this site either so I had to change my user name and e-mail address. Busy now will give you the names of the Willetts I wish to add later. Joseph Rose has always been a mystery I hate brick walls. Thanks for your help.

Is this still a Brickwall, or have you solved it?

Unless otherwise advised this will be moved to the Brickwalls Archived section
