Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me find out if one of my relatives emigrated to Australia?

Her name was Florence May Heighway. She is on 1891 & 1901 censuses but no longer living with her parents in 1911

I think I have found her birth od FreeBMD Sep 1890
There is a marriage for a Florence May heighway also on Free BMD to a John Rock but I don't think this
is her as the marriage was in Madeley and there was another Florence May Heighway born in 1893 in Madeley


I have also found on Find my past that a Florence M Heighway emigrated to Australia

I suppose it could be possible that her parents also emigrated. I have a lot of information for them (William Heighway & Martha Rowley) and they were living in Liverpool in 1911 (not sure if I can post the census)??
Florence isn't there though so I don't know where she went before emigrating in 1914?
Maybe her parents went first sometime between 1911 & 1914 and she followed on.
It is actually William Walter (Florence's brother) who was my great grandfather, but what lead me to enquire about this is that my grandfather, also William Walter emigrated to Australia as well!

Emigration:
William Walter Leslie departed from London 1st Feb 1951, on the STRATHNAVER of the P&O line. He was a fitter, calculated year of birth 1914. To Sydney Australia intended to remain in Australia.

6467/1967 HEIGHWAY WILLIAM WILLIAM WALTER UNKNOWN SYDNEY . Note William Walter was also given as fathers name, mothers name unknown.

Although I never met him I was told by my parents that he had family over there.....
I did wonder why on earth Florence would emigrate aged about 23 on her own so maybe you are right about her parents. Is it possible to find out?

I have just found on Find my Past :
HEIGHWAY Martha 1867 F 1922 London Australia Sydney Right birth year for her mother but after Florence, not before!!
Have checked for William (her father) and he doesnt seem to be on any passenger lists

I have his birth as 1864, Ludlow, Shropshire so it's probably him, so he would have been deceased in 1922 when Martha emigrated.

Florence's marriage was to Charles A Saunders, but on all the censuses she is living with Charles ALFRED Saunders, not Arthur
Also Charles Arthur died in 1935 and yet Charles Alfred is still living at the same address in 1943 & 1954!
