I have been trying to look into the background of this 1901 census for a friend: the 1911 census corroborates this and adds that Thomas and Emily had been married for 10 years and he had a sister-in-law by the name of Eliza Harrison (1885) + more children of the marriage but no Horace (see below)
:?: I have found the following references but:
1)I cannnot find a death for Thomas Preston approx 1894-1896
2)it is believed there was a son Horace born to Thomas and his first wife:

:-) Do these seem to fit? -- or are they just a fancy of my imagination?
Does anyone have access to any details that might back these findings up ?-- eg marriage registers
