Thanks Jimmy :)
I have just printed off a map of Shropshire so I can get some idea of where these places are.
It looks like the Christening you have given me in 1831 ties in exactly with the death I have and even though it says Highway, the death says Heighway:

Deaths Sep 1907
HEIGHWAY John 76 Madeley 6a 329

Madeley isn't on my map though. Most of the censuses I have say he was born in Stanton Lacy which doesn't appear to be on the map either. The marriage I have for John & Caroline is Church Stretton which is on my map. Are these places near to each other?

Also on my 1841 census John is living with William & Ann Heighway (aged 40) He is aged 11. I assumed they were his parents (Ludlow District). Maybe this is wrong as it seems quite far away from Church Stretton, and according to the christening his parents were Edward & Mary...

On Google maps, Madeley is about 20 - 25 miles from Stanton Lacy, both places are on Google maps.

Going by John occupation Ag lab this looks like the wrong one.

Mary Heighway 40.
John Heighway 20. Blacksmith.
Sarah Ann Heighway 16.
Emma Heighway 13.
Margaret Heighway 10.
Mary Ann Heighway 7.

Yes it's the wrong one unfortunately which means the death I have is also wrong :(
Here is the 1851 for John in which his future wife is living in the same household....but it says he was born in Bromfield and he's a wagoner.
1851 Census:
Acton Scott, Shropshire.
Thomas Lewis 48.
Catherine Lewis 46.
Frances Lewis 12.
Catherine Lewis 7.
Mary Lewis 10 MO.
John Lewis 9.
Catherine Paston 19. Bromfield, Shropshire.
John Heighway 21. Servant, Wagoner. Bromfield, Shropshire.
George Ducket 22.
William Childe 12.

In 1861,71 & 1881 he is married to Caroline, born Stanton Lacy and Agricultural Labourer, and now going through everything again he must have died before 1901 because in 1901 census Caroline is a widow so my death in 1907 is definately wrong
