Margaret & Lilian Margaret Hounsom- COMPLETED

I have a Margaret Hartican b. 1845 Woolwich, Kent to David & Lucy. She married Albert Hounsom in 1866 but by 1881 they appear to be living apart. He died in 1889 and according to the Probate notice he was living with his parents and she at the same address as the 1881 Census, The Royal George, Barking, Essex. The 1881 census shows their daughter Lilian Margaret (Lillie M in the census) with her mother in Barking. After that I can find neither of them.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks.

Further to this I've found a rather odd entry in the Canadian deaths lists, info basically as follows:

Ontario, Canada Deaths
Place: 6 Farnham Ave, York, Toronto
Name: Hounsom, Margaret
Residence: Apt 1, Farnham Court, 6 Farnham Ave
Date of Death: July 9 1930
Cause: General arteriosclerosis, myocardial failure, Hypostatic pneumonia
Condition: Widow
Age: 79
Father: Albert Hounsom
Mother: Margaret Hartican
Informant: Miss L Hounsom, Farnham Court. Daughter
Place of Burial: Mount Pleasant
Date: July 10 30

This is obviously incorrect as Margaret Hartican would have been six when this Margaret, supposedly her daughter, was born. Was this actually Margaret Hartican and was the daughter who reported the death actually her daughter Lilian?
Or, might it be that this reports the death of Lilian Margaret and that the age was muddled with the year of her birth? Although the difference between a 79 year old and a 51 year old should have been obvious to the doctor signing the death certificate.

Can anyone find any evidence that Margaret and/or Lilian travelled to, and lived in, Canada?

This may sound really silly, but..... When the informant Miss L Hounsom, daughter, was asked the names of the deceased (Margaret Hounsom) parents, she misunderstood and actually gave her (Lilian Margaret's) parents names rather than the deceased.

On Ancestry, there's this John Ernest Hounsom burial. Could this be Margaret & Albert's son who is buried in the same cemetery as Margaret?

Name: John Ernest Hounsom
Birth Date: 17 Jan 1871
Death Date: 30 Jul 1951
Cemetery: Mount Pleasant Cemetery
Burial or Cremation Place: Toronto, Toronto Municipality, Ontario, Canada

I saw that, but can't see where it's come from, presumably a comment supplied to the site. I'm loth to just accept it, so many of these come from others trying to force records into their idea of facts. Not that I'm discarding it, just suspicious.

That may well be the case, if Miss L Hounsom is Lilian she's stuck pretty close to her mother's coat tails which might suggest she's not the brightest button in the box, add the grief of losing her mother and errors are easy to make. So the next question is, "What happened to her?".

Quite likely, my notes state "possibly went to Canada".

Thanks, I've got that lot and am working on the children's families, the three girls didn't marry and are all buried in their parents grave. However, I've lost one of Albert & Margaret's daughter-in-laws but I'll start a new topic for that.
